Are you supplying only the products listed in the website?The products shown in our website are just some samples and examples for illustration purposes so you get an idea of what we are able to produce. We are able to supply a wide range of customisable merchandise, gifts, stationeries, bags and many more, so do contact us if you have anything in specific that you'd like to customise, but did not see in our website.

Is there a minimum order quantity?We do have a small minimum order quantity, let us know how many units you are looking to produce, and we can advise a suitable product to tailor to your budget and ideas. The MOQ is subject to product type and whether they are ready-made or custom-made.

If I'm interested to produce something, but I do not have any ideas, can you advise?Most certainly, we take pride in providing a bespoke full service from product selection to design and delivery. If you're not sure what's a suitable gift or merchandise to produce, we can help recommend something impactful and memorable to your intended audience. Even if you have an idea of what you want, but design is not your expertise, we can also help you design & customise your brand into the products that you are interested in.

How do I place an order?You can call or email us with the product you have in mind, or let us know the product code listed in our sites or catalogue for the product you're interested in. We will get in touch with you to find out your event or branding needs to provide a quotation accordingly.

What is the printing lead time?For ready-made gifts, it is usually 10 to 14 days depending on the quantity. Custom-made gifts can take between 21 to 30 days or even longer depending on the complexity of the custom designs. Samples (mock printing) usually takes 5 to 10 days.

What type of format should I submit my artwork in?Artworks should be submitted in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format with designs in vector format instead of image files like jpeg or png. If you have specific colour codes for your artwork, please provide them as well. Texts should be outlined to prevent a loss of font type. We do offer tracing services for a fee if needed, and it is preferable to give us the highest resolution possible of an image in order to accurately trace it.
